Tracs services have been providing Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) for more than fifteen years and have been registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) since 2011.

We deliver NEPTS at a number of London, North West, and South East England NHS Trusts, CCGs, Mental Health Trusts, and independent medical organizations. 

Our NEPTS provision ranges from aiding patients with limited mobility or those traveling in their own wheelchairs to the provision of carrying chair mobility services for negotiating steps or stairs, stretchers, bariatric and low-level high dependency (SCBU, cardiac monitoring, etc.) provision.

At Tracs services we take great pride in providing transport for adults and children who would otherwise be unable to attend their healthcare appointments.

High-quality, relevant and ongoing training, ensures that all our Ambulance Care Assistants and Emergency Care Assistants are among the most competent and professional in the industry.

We are incredibly proud that at our last Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection in 2020, the CQC rated Tracs services as ‘Good’ Overall and ‘Outstanding’ for Responsiveness.
